Steve recently played the title role in Tartuffe at Ross Valley Players and Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Marin Shakespeare Company. He has played many roles at Ross Valley Players including Frank Butley in Native Gardens (San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle nomination), the Mayor in The Government Inspector (SFBATCC award), and Howard Bevans in Picnic (SFBATCC nomination). Steve has also played many roles at Marin Shakespeare Company over the past eight seasons including Villupo in The Spanish Tragedy, Montague in Romeo & Juliet, Hastings in Richard III, Brabantio in Othello, Leonato in Much Ado About Nothing, Holofernes in Love’s Labors Lost, Polonius in Hamlet, Escalus in Measure for Measure, and Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night.
