Sharon (she, they) is thrilled to be returning to San Francisco Playhouse this season. Previous credits here include Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy, Really, Waitress, Chinglish, and The Paper Dreams of Harry Chin, which received three San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle award nominations and one award. Regional credits include The Far Country (Berkeley Repertory Theatre), Little Women (Theatre Works Silicon), and The Winter’s Tale and The Good Person of Szechwan (California Shakespeare Theatre). She is a proud company member of Oakland Theatre Project, Shotgun Players, and 8th Best Legs Productions, and has developed, produced, and performed in several productions through these collaborations, including the original cabaret Sex, Camp, Rock ‘n Roll at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Sharon earned a BA in theatre arts and psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and loves helping artists of all ages to find their true voice. sharonshao.biz
