Catherine (she, they) is a British actor working in the Bay Area and Europe and is filled with joy to return to San Francisco Playhouse where they last performed in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. They are a founding member of The Director’s Theatre Writer’s Theatre (TDTWT) in London, where she has devised and performed in stage, radio, and film productions. She is also a resident artist at Crowded Fire Theater. Credits include Arsenic and Old Lace (Center REP), Cymbeline (San Francisco Shakespeare Festival), The Anarchy Quartet (EXIT Theatre), Macbeth, The War of the Roses, and Pygmalion (California Shakespeare Theatre), The Jungle (The National Theatre, Young Vic, Good Chance Theatre), and Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again (Crowded Fire Theater). Other theatre credits include work with PlayGround, VDG at MIT, Stanford Repertory Theater, New Conservatory Theatre Center, and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. She is a San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle and TBA Award recipient, Titan grant finalist, and member of Actors’ Equity Association. Catherine trained in acting at Studio A.C.T. at American Conservatory Theater and in Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
