Anese is a Bay Area native and passionate creative dedicated to storytelling through performance. With a background in childcare and education, she brings empathy, imagination, and a deep sense of purpose to her work. Anese believes in the power of art as a tool for healing, connection, and liberation. She made her professional theatre debut in the 30th anniversary production of Cinderella with the African- American Shakespeare Company and is excited to return to the stage in Hairspray as her second professional production. Anese hopes to inspire audiences to embrace the magic and strength within themselves.
