Jeannine is a classically trained opera singer who, after college, couldn’t decide which musical genre she preferred, so she chose many (opera, jazz, Broadway, blues and gospel). Jeannine has toured the United States and Europe, performing operas, concerts, and oratorios. She made a return to the stage in 2022 in the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre world premiere production of Halie: A Musical. Most recently, Jeannine reprised her role of Rema in the opera Post Pardon in Maine. Last year, she performed at the Magic Theatre in the Campo Santo production of the boiling, written by Sunhui Chang and directed by Ellen Sebastian Chang. This is her first role with San Francisco Playhouse.
