Sophia Lapaglia returns to this grand stage in her second production here at the Playhouse. You can see her regularly performing the hit immersive show The Magic Bus Experience at Antenna Theater, a time-traveling tour through the 1960s of San Francisco. Sophia is also directing an international tour of Reveal All Fear Nothing, a one-woman production by Madison Young, which has sold out all over the US and was developed here in San Francisco with the help of Sophia’s long-time mentor, the legendary Annie Sprinkle. Sophia trained at the Circle in the Square Theatre School on Broadway and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont where she had a full scholarship. She plans to one day have her own theatre company where she will continue to create works that blur the lines between theatre, performance art, and activism. @sophiaelvira
