Nikita (he, him, his) is so ecstatic to return to San Francisco Playhouse this holiday season in a revamped Shakespeare classic. He just completed another Shakespearian themed success, playing the lead role of Romeo in the Off-Broadway musical Romeo & Bernadette (A.R.T. New York Theatres, Theater 555), a New York Times Critics Pick which garnered two Outer Critics Circle Awards and a Drama Desk nomination. Recent regional credits include Jack Kelly in Newsies (Woodminster Summer Musicals), Gene Gorman in Saturday Night (42nd Street Moon), Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street (Bay Area Musicals), and Jean-Michael in La Cage aux Folles (San Francisco Playhouse). “Special shout out of love to my wife Liz, Mom, Dad, Danila, Kimberly, my grandmother Svetlana, and the Peterson clan.
