Caroline Louise Altman*

Caroline (she, her, hers) is delighted to make her Playhouse debut in Follies. Favorite Bay Area credits include Sweeney Todd, The Light in the Piazza, and the New Works Festival (TheatreWorks Silicon Valley), The Most Happy Fella, Carmelina, Fanny, Nymph Errant, Louisiana Purchase, and Leave It to Me! (42nd Street Moon), and workshops of Moments of Truth (original musical collaboration). She has also sung concert and cabaret engagements in the Bay Area, New York, and Europe. Caroline teaches singing and theatre, is a published author and composer, and serves as director of education at San Francisco Opera Guild, where she directs the Opera Scouts. She has been honored with a San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle award and a Shellie Award, and is a proud member of The Tap Dancing Christmas Trees. carolinealtman.com
